Optima is your Advocate Portal giving you access to documents, contacts, and hearing information.
Advocates are required to input Contact Logs at a minimum of 1x/month
Your contact log notes are kept confidential between you and your Advocate Supervisor and are not shared with other members of the child's team
Contact Logs should be ALL INCLUSIVE of the total hours spent on the case. This includes: texts, emails, phone calls, visits (driving), reading files or case documents, writing court reports, participating in team meetings, meeting with your supervisor
Use the "Trainings" tab to log your continuing education hours to be reviewed and approved by your Advocate Supervisor
