I am a Christian; my faith in God defines my life, or at least that is my goal. I am a devoted wife to Steve and mother to Nathan and Sophie. I enjoy reading historical fiction, drawing, painting, and writing. In the spring, I can be found working in the yard. I prefer small groups with good friends and family. I am passionate about things that matter and feel that the small things should remain small so that my focus can be on the more important things in life.

I have been with CASA for 6 years. One year as a volunteer and 5 years employed as an Advocacy Coordinator. My beginning with CASA came after praying for an opportunity to do something that really mattered. I wanted to do something with meaning that would help someone else, particularly children. I also wanted my own children to see that it is important to serve and help others, not just ourselves.
